Making an enquiry
When you make an enquiry about our products by phone, in-person or via email we may ask you for your name and contact details, including your address, telephone numbers and email. We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and thereafter for legitimate business interests up to one year after our last correspondence with you.
Placing an order
When you place an order for a converted vehicle we will ask for the details of your company in addition to your name, email address and telephone numbers. This information is required to fulfil your order and will be kept by Cartwright Conversions for as long as is necessary to provide you with comprehensive aftersales care.
We like to keep in touch with our customers to keep them updated on product updates and news. We will always ask your permission first and you have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time (see more under Your Rights below).
Applying for a job
When you apply for a job, whether you use our online form or complete a paper copy, we will ask you for your name, contact details and address. We will also ask you to disclose any criminal convictions and for your record of employment. If your application is unsuccessful we will destroy your personal details.
